More Holiness Give Me

FAMILY AND FRIENDS. 

What a full week!!! We had our exchanges, lots of workin, and of course the very best conference weekend !! 

We had a different place to go for every session it was so much fun! I had a lot of my own questions answered, and definitely felt inspiration come as to what I need to do to be better! I am committing to act on those things I felt inspired to change, to do, and to study. I pray that each of you will also earnestly reflect on the invitations you received and the messages that sunk deep into your heart! Commit to act on those things!

Exchanges went super well! We biked all day in the 91 degree heat haha. It's so beautiful here though, so it's way fun to take the more scenic route that you miss when you're in the car. Plus we pass a lot more people :) It was very special to be with this newer missionary and help her develop confidence in herself and see some miracles!!

Transfer calls came and went without any tears. Hahaha we are staying together and I couldn't be happier !! Sister Oliver and I have lots more we need to do here together. 

One thing I absolutely loved about conference was the focus on our dear Savior, Jesus Christ! I felt like it was a very good self reflection of where we each individually stand with Him. And how much He wants us to have joy!! But to do so, we must keep our heart riveted on Him! 

I really loved Elder Holland's talk and his message of keeping Jesus at the center of our lives, our faith, and our service- for that is where true meaning lies. He shares,

"If some days our vision is limited, or our confidence has waned, or our belief is being tested and refined- as surely it will be, May we call out, "Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me...

"I promise with apostolic fervor and prophetic conviction that He will hear you, and will say, soon or late, 'Receive thy sight, thy faith hath saved thee.'"

We cannot afford to stop trying!!

I love this good gospel with all my heart! I am so thankful for it everyday.
